2. VR Hardware News: Visor VR and HTC Vive Vision Focus

Visor VR Headset – A Rough Road Ahead

The Visor VR headset, developed by the team behind the Immersed VR app, hit a major speed bump. Hyped for its 4K micro-OLED displays and sleek design, the demo for the media fell flat due to firmware issues, and the switch from a sleek glasses design to a more traditional headset raised eyebrows. It’s a bumpy start for what was supposed to be an innovative product.

HTC Vive Vision Focus

HTC is back in the game with their new Vive Vision Focus headset. Although details are still under wraps, the early feedback is positive. I’ve been testing it for about a week now, and unlike some disappointing launches we’ve seen recently, this one actually delivers. Stay tuned for a full review soon.
